Preetkala – Return & Exchange Policy

At Preetkala, we take great care in delivering premium ethnicwear crafted with quality and attention to detail. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of delivery.
• Returns are strictly applicable only for damaged or defective products received at the time of delivery.
• We do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, color preference, or change of mind, as each piece is carefully curated ethnicwear.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To request a return or exchange, you must provide:

• A complete unboxing video, starting from opening the sealed package to clearly showing the product.
• The video must be recorded at the time of delivery without cuts or edits.

⚠️ Without valid video proof, no return or exchange request will be accepted under any circumstances.

 

Return Process

• Once your request is approved, you will need to self-ship the product to our registered address.
• Preetkala does not offer reverse pickup services at this time.
• All return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

 

Restocking Charges

• Applicable restocking charges may be deducted during the exchange process.

Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
• We offer exchange only, subject to approval after verification.

 

Important Guidelines

• Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all tags & packaging intact.
• Products that are used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
